Project In-charge & Quantity Surveyor

I manage day-to-day operations on-site, coordinating closely with the main contractor and other subcontractors. I make sure rebar and formwork meet quality standards and project specs through regular inspections. I also handle progress tracking, safety enforcement, and quick resolution of site issues. Part of my role includes preparing reports, compiling accomplishments, and ensuring accurate quantities for billing work.

Technical Facilitator

I provided engineering guidance for various community sub-projects, helping identify practical and appropriate technology solutions based on site conditions and project needs. Part of my work involved conducting environmental and social safeguards screening, including the identification of potential geo-hazards, to ensure projects were safe and compliant. I also supported community volunteers by assisting with procurement activities, materials packaging, and on-site training to ensure proper implementation. In addition, I reviewed engineering plans and cost estimates to confirm compliance with required standards and guidelines, and regularly prepared progress reports for barangay and municipal stakeholders to keep them informed of project status and developments.

Resident Engineer

I’ve worked closely on infrastructure projects, starting from verifying site conditions to make sure plans match the reality on the ground, all the way to supervising actual construction. I prepare essential documents like purchase requests, job orders, and labor requests to keep things moving. I also coordinate regularly with local officials and the Provincial Engineer’s Office to keep everyone aligned. Part of my work includes drawing up plans (proposed, revised, or as-built) and putting together technical documents like Program of Works, construction schedules (PERT/CPM), S-curves, and. I make it a point to submit timely updates and reports, and I’m always ready to take on other responsibilities as needed to help the team succeed
